  • Anodizing - Type II Sulfuric Acid, standard and custom colors available
  • Etching - Chemical etching of aluminum
  • Chemical cleaning of aluminum for welding
  • Hoist line - Provides Type II anodizing, conversion coat & passivate up to 11 feet
  • Conversion coat - Chromate can be used as a base for paint or adhesive applications and can also be electrically conductive; both hexavalent & non-hexavalent available
  • Zinc plating - Covering steel with a layer of zinc chromate to protect from corrosion; both hexavalent & non-hexavalent available
  • Electropolish - Removes debris from 300 series stainless steel
  • Bright dip - Chemical brightening of aluminum parts
  • Passivation - Removes surface contaminants & enhances the outer oxide film
  • Powder coat - Protective & decorative finish with a limitless range of colors
